How can I book your transfer service?

You can book by 3 steps!

Check the transfer rates and the vehicle type by your itinerary and the number of person.

Send us your information,such as flight no, names of the hotel, your full name to be written on the board for picking up and a mobile phone no. which has roaming service so that we can contact you just in case.

We will return the availability and the confirmation to you within 24 hrs.

How can I find your staff at Airport when I arrive?

Although Suvarnabhumi Airport is the largest single building and airport terminal in the world but the meeting area in the arrival hall are too small and alway overcrowded.After you walk out of the gate to the arrival hall, Our staff will be waiting for you with a signboard of passenger's name at Gate 3 , If you cannot find our staff, please call to our customer service mobile phone 08-1851-9355 / 08-6329-6829 (Mandarin / Cantonese) / 08-7337-9962 (English)

DMK Airport is also meet at Gate 3(International).

We are 3 persons in total. Should we book a car or van?

Normally a car should be enough for 3 passenger + some laggages. We also have a family van which available for 2-3 adults + kids. It should be better if you book a van for more comfortable trip if you have many large-sized luggages.

What if my luggage doesn't fit?

Most vehicle have a regular size trunk, so if you think you will have excessive luggage, let we know in advance.

Your prices are all included?

Our service already include vehicle, driver, gasoline and all express way, as well as travel insurance.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

If you want to change or cancel your booking, please inform us 48 hrs in advance, we will change or cancel your booking with out charge.
